As a lifelong Downriver resident and law enforcement professional, I founded Spartan Strategic Consulting with one mission: to help organizations identify vulnerabilities before they become costly incidents.

Throughout my law enforcement career, I have investigated theft, fraud, financial crimes, workplace violence, property crimes, and security failures affecting businesses, nonprofits, schools, churches, and public organizations throughout our community. Those investigations consistently revealed the same lesson: most incidents were preventable when the right security practices, policies, training, and leadership were in place.

In addition to investigative experience, I have completed extensive professional training in criminal investigations, crime prevention, workplace violence prevention, behavioral threat recognition, emergency response, active threat preparedness, firearms, close-quarters tactics, tactical casualty care (TCCC), leadership, risk assessment, and human behavior. Those experiences have provided me with a understanding of how organizations can prevent incidents, prepare their people, and respond effectively when emergencies occur.
